Model ATFG-I High Speed Fully Automatic Printer Slotter and Die Cutter

●Automatic production control system, merely an order of box information is input into touch screen, axial and circumference data of feeder, printer, slotter and die cutter will be set automatically featuring accuracy and reliability to realize automation and enhance production efficiency.
●Automatic production control system saves production orders featuring easy and quick order change and simple operation.
● The machine is constructed with high-quality raw materials and precise components. All drive rollers are made of premium steel. After welded, the roller bodies undergo tempering and stress-relief treatment to completely eliminate internal stress. Then,they are further calibrated with both static and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth operation. The cylinder surface is finished by precision grinding, hard chrome plating, and polishing, delivering high accuracy and excellent wear resistance.
●The high-precision transmission gears imported from Taiwan China are hardened and precision-ground with Rockwell hardness exceeding 60 HRC, ensuring smooth transmission, reliable accuracy and long service life with excellent wear resistance.
●The Main control electrical components are the original imported parts from Schneider Electric (France), ensuring stable and reliable operation.
● The machine side panels of 60mm thick is precisely bored with imported machining centers and finely ground by surface grinders, with wall thickness strictly controlled to 60±0.05mm. The entire process adopts computer-controlled precision machining, delivering high machining accuracy and stable, reliable product quality.
● Emergent protection: Emergency switch is installed inside every unit to let operator stop the unit running inside machine for more security.
1. Wheel Type Front Edge Feeder from Taiwan Technology
1)Wheel lead edge feeder featuring accurate feeding, little vibration, long service and easy maintenance.
2)High feeding accuracy, suitable for the board thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 12 mm.
(Note: Small models are suitable for board thickness of 1.5–10 mm; large models of the 1200 series are suitable for board thickness of 1.5–12 mm.)
3) The mechanical vibration can be eliminated basically to avoid the vibration caused by cam transmissions so as to minimize the clearances error in the process of pull wheels running.
4) Left/right and back raffles are set on touch screen, which is eclectically set and digitally controlled and a side squaring is also installed to secure precise feeding.
2. Pull Roller
1) The upper pulling roller's steel core surface is wrapped with buffering and abrasion proof rubber. The elastic positioning system ensures smooth and precise board conveying to enhance printing registration. The bottom roller is made of steel.
2) Puling rollers clearances are set on touch screen, which are electrically set and digitally controlled.
3. Auto Zeroing
1) Feeder and printer are installed with auto zeroing devices.
2)With zeroing device, it will ensure all the units have the unified setting reference to be able to set at the correct position and minimize blank waste.
4. Units Engagement or Disengagement
1) Units engagement or disengagement is controlled with motor along with the acoustic alarm when unit is shifting to secure operators safety.
2) Press unit shifting-out button, every unit is shifting apart, and each unit can be released in turns when they open to a certain distance.
3) When units release, the brake of every unit acts automatically to let units gears meshed at an accurate point so as to position printing phase.
4) Main motor actuates start protection, main motor cannot be started when units are not well locked; under main motor running state, unit shifting-in button pressing is invalid.
5) The transmission motor is equipped with overload protector.
5. Duster
(1) Cleaning brush removes dust on blank surface to improve printing quality.
(2) Upper suction fan suck out the dust particles on blank to make it cleaner.






1.Printing Plate Cylinder
1)Manufactured with high-quality steel through precision processing, and verified by both static and dynamic balance tests as well as precision grinding. The roller surface is engraved with crisscross positioning lines, enabling accurate plate mounting and positioning for more efficient operation.
2)The roller surface is hard chrome-plated, featuring smooth finish, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, long service life and stable operation.
3)Equipped with a dedicated plate mounting slot, adopting a 10 mm plate stripe with a ratchet- locked plate rolling shaft, ensuring firm plate installation and convenient assembly/disassembly.
3)Fitted with a foot-operated control switch to control the forward and backward rotation of the plate cylinder, greatly improving the efficiency and safety of plate mounting and dismounting operations.
4)Axial adjustment of printing cylinder adopts touchscreen-based digital electric control, delivering precise and intuitive adjustment. The max axial adjustment range is ±10 mm, meeting high- precision overprinting requirements.
2. Anilox Cylinder(Metal Anilox Rollers)
1)The suggested LPI configuration of 1st , 2nd , 3rd 4th .
2) It assumes stable running after dynamic/static balance tests.
3) With the feeder’s pneumatic auto elevation system, the anilox cylinder can descend automatically to touch the printing plate for inking; the anilox cylinder can be lifted from plate cylinder automatically when board feeding stops to reduce abrasion and prolong its life.
3.Ceramic Anilox Roll – For Equipped with desired Models Only
1)The suggested LPI configuration of 1st , 2nd , 3rd 4th .
2)Steel tube surface is sprayed with ceramic, then ground and finally the net is carved.
3)Even dpi and inking.
4)Prolong the life of printing plate and rubber cylinder.
4. Rubber Inking Cylinder
1) It is made of quality steel tube with the surface carve with two foreword/backward threads to make rubber covering more firm without falling off.
2)Its surface is wrapped with abrasion proof rubber of 60 degree Shore hardness.
3) Rubber cylinder is especially crowned to improve desired inking.
5. Printing Phase Positioning Device
1) It is of electromagnetic clutch brake system.
2) When units are being released or phase setting is done, the brake limits units’ operation to fix them at the same gear points.

2. Slotting Phase Setting
1) Slotting shaft is made of quality steel through milling, chrome plating and dynamic/ static balance tests to secure its smooth running.
2)A collision protector is installed when it is under box height setting or slotting bosses lateral shifting to prevent it from damaging.
3. Axial slotting Setting
1) Fully automatic production control system, merely an order of box information is input on touch screen, the axial data will be adjusted featuring accuracy and reliability without personal interference. By means of drive shaft connection, when it is moving, the upper and lower cutter alignment shall be done to extend knife life.
2) Slotting knife width of 7mm and of indented blade is made of alloy steel through thermal treatment featuring sound hardness and tenacity. The steel alloy is under thermal treating, grinding and sharpening featuring sharpness and more accuracy. (10mm thickness knife can be optioned according to customer's needs to meet the requirements of different carton board thickness).
3) Elastic angle cutting design is able to cut off single-wall or double wall easily without setting, boasting the simple operation.
4)Human-machine interface alarm indicates machine abnormal condition so as to eliminate those in time.
4. Pre-scoring Wheel
1) Upper and bottom pre-scoring shafts are made of quality steel through static/dynamic balance tests, its surface is precisely milled and plated with chrome.
2) 5 groups pre-scoring wheels design ensure feeding accurately and protect blanks from damaging.
5. Scoring Wheel
1) Upper and bottom scoring shafts are made of quality steel and under static/dynamic balance tests, its surface is precisely milled and plated with chrome.
2) Upper creasing wheels are wrapped with PU coverings to protect blanks from damaging.
3) Scoring wheel works with slotter knives synchronously to secure the consistence between slotting and scoring.
5)Slotting phase and box height are controlled with frequency inverter at dual speed.
6. Pull Roller
1) Upper/bottom pulling rollers are made of quality steel through precise milling and chrome plating.
2) 4 groups pulling wheels design ensures stable feeding since their surfaces are plated with chrome and knurled.






1.Control Panel of Die cutter
⑴.The phase and axial settings of die cutting cylinder can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled.
⑵.Phase control is fulfilled with frequency inverter in dual speed controls.
⑶.Printing and die cutting phases are controlled in concentrated mode, and even it can be finely set in machine running.
2.Die cutter Cylinder (bottom cylinder)
1)Die cutter cylinder adopts quality steel and is processed with best workmanship through static/dynamic balance tests to enhance stable and smooth running and secure accurate die cutting.
2)The cutter cylinder phase setting is executed at 360 degrees on touch screen with planetary gears control in VF and dual speed (available for running and stop).
3)Die cutter cylinder left/right shifting is done on touch in CNC mode and digital control within ±10mm range.
3.Anvil Cylinder (top cylinder)
1)It is made with quality steel, best workmanship, static/dynamic balance tests and the wrapped die cutting cushion blanket is imported from Taiwan.
2)The anvil cylinder is equipped with tracing compensation system to control its speed and the offset range is ±3mm.
3)Anvil blanket uses trimming system to maintain the blanket flat to maximize its life and reduce costs.
4.Differential Speed Compensation Device
This device functions in automatic linear speed offset caused by speed change due to die cutting blanket trimming so as to guarantee die cutting accuracy. When the anvil cylinder diameter becomes smaller due to the wearing or trimming, its linear speed varies accordingly, in this case, a differential compensation device installed on cylinder end is able to keep the same linear speed between die cutter and anvil cylinders, therefore, to maintain blanks size of every lot complete same, and it is able to secure die cutting quality even the blanket are trimmed twice.
STRIPPER
1. Longitudinal Stripper
Longitudinal/transverse strippers, wide belt are driven by a special motor to move scrapes cut from die cutter out of the unit automatically to let it treated in concentrated way.
