The position adjustment of the left and right baffles is completed on the touch screen with electric adjustment, digital control and a side alignment device equipped.

The baffle position adjustment is realized on the touch screen via electric adjustment and digital control.

The machine is equipped with an original imported ABB servo front-edge paper feeding system from Switzerland.

Multi-axis servo front-edge paper feeding represents the latest control mode available today. It consists of multiple servo drives, motors, set encoders and other components, with each paper feeding roller independently driven by a dedicated servo motor.

This front-edge paper feeding system features no direct mechanical transmission connection with the main machine. It eliminates cam lifters, cam paper feeding mechanisms and other components that connect to the main machine, and collects the phase and speed signals of the main machine via a photoelectric encoder.

The electronic cam driven by the servo system controls the acceleration, synchronization, deceleration and stop of each paper feeding roller throughout the operation process. The system reduces a large number of mechanical structures, making operation and commissioning simpler and lowering the later maintenance costs. It also allows for convenient parameter adjustment and easy maintenance.
