May 2025 Shipment: Model ATFG-I High-Speed Fully Automatic Printer Slotter to Radhe Packaging, India

In July 2018, Mr. Sunil Purswani and Mr. Mehul visited our company to conduct on-site acceptance of the ATFG I Type 0920 2-color Printing, Slotting and Die-cutting Machine they had ordered. All indicators met the agreed standards. The equipment was successfully delivered to India in October of the same year and officially put into production and operation; in November of the same year, we held an equipment application exhibition at "RADHE PACKING", which fully demonstrated the performance advantages and application value of the equipment. The event was a complete success, receiving excellent industry responses and customer evaluations.

May 2025: The Model ATFG-I High Speed Fully Automatic Printer Slotter (900×2000mm，2 Colors) has completed production and is ready for shipment to Radhe Packaging, India (www.radhepackaging.com).

This machine has a specification of 900×2000mm and a maximum operating speed of up to 250 sheets per minute! To ensure precise operation at high speeds, all core components of the machine are sourced from top international brands: gears are imported from Taiwan, China; bearings are original genuine products from Japan; the electrical system and LCD touch screen adopt high-quality imported components and parts, guaranteeing the stability and reliability of machine operation. The whole machine consists of three functional modules: automatic paper feeding unit, two-color printing unit and slotting unit, realizing an efficient integrated production process.

Equipped with a fully automatic production management system, operators only need to input order size information on the LCD touch screen, and the paper feeding section, printing section, slotting section and die-cutting section will automatically complete precise adjustments of various parameters such as axial and circumferential settings. The fully automatic adjustment mode significantly reduces labor costs and greatly improves enterprise production efficiency.
